weight work: 5 x 5 shoulder presses 55#, 55#, 60#, 60#, 60#; 5 x 5 back squats 95#, 105#, 105#, 110#, 110#

workout: 500 meter row, then rest 3 minutes. Four rounds. Times: 2:06, 2:02, 2:05, 2:09
